Among other companies we met with to get an evaluation of our HVAC, we picked Sheldon’s AC & Heating! Why? Because right from the get go, our meeting with Art, the Operations Mgr, was very pleasant. His presentation was very professional, thorough, straight forward and educational. There were no frills or heavy sales talk in our discussion. He was attentive to our needs (including our budget) and he answered all our questions satisfactorily. The options he gave us to replace our entire AC & Heating units were very reasonable and affordable. During the prep and installation, Sheldon’s staff members, Dean, Chris, Irving, Alfredo and another staff member were all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After the installation, the company sent over Victor, a service mgr, to inspect the new installation. Even the office staff, Cheyanne, was very efficient, professional and pro-active with our needs. We also commend Sheldon’s staff members with their promptness during all our appointments and their dedication to their task/duties. They thoroughly checked out our a/conditioner and provided some on-site adjustments without extra charge. Made recommendations for further work with no pushy overpriced presentations. Also they will check again in 6 months; costs us less than 1 service charge with some other company. These are careful considerate competent professionals like in the old days. Highly recommend.

Sheldon heating, air, and plumbing has been responsive to my service calls. They provide great customer service overall (except for 1 person in sales who didn’t call me back as he promised, even as a courtesy follow up that he’s still working on it regarding my water heater issue). However I appreciate the service and maintenance they provide. Shout out to Regina in customer service and Dean Thomas and his team for their excellence!

I purchased a new HVAC system from Sheldon’s 6 months ago (which went great!) and today had my first routine maintenance check up. J.P., the technician was excellent… friendly, knowledgeable, good teacher. He helped me understand my system better and what thermostat settings are best. Changed out the air filter. He also installed a surge protector for my heat pump, which will help preserve my higher end system from power surges. Overall, this was a very good experience. Thank you J.P. and Sheldon’s!

I didn’t want to post a review until I knew for sure furnace was finally going to work correctly. I’ve had so many problems with the company that sold & installed heating & ac unit. Sheldon’s fixed the problem & we now have heat. What a blessing. Service tech was knowledgeable & very professional. I highly recommend this company. Honest, truthful & reasonable price.
