Excellent service!!! I am super happy with these gaus, cleaning dryer vent. I called many companies in the area. First of all, no one bothers to answer calls these days. Two companies responded first of which (lots of ""good" review with 4.9 stars!) didn't seem to even want to talk to me. They told me they couldn't give any quotes over the phone, not even ball-park rates, but they can do free in home estimate, which was fine. Someone showed up took some pictures and left to provide the quote within 30 min. They did - $485! So, I didn't even bother responding how ridiculous it was. Second company, Handy Heating and Air, returned my call almost instantly without me even leaving a message. They asked a few questions as to where the dryer is located, type, floor, etc. and provided a flat-rate quote of $229, which sounded very reasonable these days. I went ahead and scheduled the appointment, which followed by prompt reminders and email. Then the day came. I was pleasantly surprised when two very respectful guys showed up exactly at scheduled time (with previous companies, I used to be one to help if needed). They did an outstanding job, cleand up after themselves and left. Why is it such a rare thing to have excellent service these days, but these guys were clearly an exception. I'd recommend them any day!!! Thank you, Handy Heating and Air!!!

Quick response on an AC not-working inspection (via Yelp inquiry) though ultimately replaced the HVAC system with a larger vendor (with volume discount).

Called many contractors to help fix my air conditioning unit And handy air heating and air responded And immediately and repaired my unit. Was very honest with the issue, in this time we have lots of people that like to scam. it’s nice to find someone who is trustworthy.

Had Joseph come to my house for a front door threshold repair estimate. After getting back to their office they realized in good conscience they couldn’t repair the threshold themselves and refunded me the charge for visiting my house. Will use them going forward for future handyman work

Joseph The HANDYMAN is my go to for handyman services, repairs, replacements around my house. They came and assessed my needs, quoted me a price for the work ahead of time, and after that agreement was made, showed up on time and ready to work. The men wore booties over their shoes, they were respectful and efficient, got right to work, wasted no time, and were willing to listen to anything I wanted to ask or explain what I wanted to know. I will definitely call them for my next round of repairs and replacements around my place. They were truly excellent. JOSEPH actually called me to ask if I was pleased with the work. We are so incredibly happy that we met Joseph for our HVAC needs. Our HVAC system was 19yo and completely shot since we moved into our house in May 2021. We first reached out to Joseph in June when we couldn't stand the summer heat. He told us that a complete replacement would be necessary (which we had already suspected and wanted) so that all made sense. He walked us through in detail about our current system, what parts are malfunctioning, and why a complete upgrade makes the most sense financially. He also showed us pictures of our attic and the old ductwork that was torn apart and needed to be replaced. Joseph was so professional and thoughtful throughout that entire process and first time meeting. The project estimate was completely reasonable considering he would be replacing our furnace and AC unit, enlarging the air return vent, upgrading all duct work in the attic, and installing an indoor air quality filter. After some discussion, we decided that we wanted to be able to fund the replacement completely and told him that we'll be in touch when we were ready to move forward. Fast forward to December 2021 when we finally saved up enough money. By this time, we weren't sweating from the summer heat but freezing our butts off from the winter cold! It was consistently around 50deg in our house and practically called Joseph in tears, happy and relieved that we can move forward with the installation! He came to re-inspect all of our equipment and re-quoted us based on updated costs (which we 100% expected because of the current supply issues). He also walked us through rebate options to help save money. His team came out the following week and completed the entire project in 1 day. They protected all the floors and themselves, were super friendly and professional, and completed the installation despite running into a few tricky spots. Joseph taught us how to efficiently heat our home and the ins and outs of easy maintenance. We literally celebrated that night turning the heater on and experienced actual comfort in our own home for the first time this year. I cannot recommend Joseph enough for his professionalism, value, and overall excellent customer experience. We look forward to having him back to maintain our new HVAC system for years to come :)
