I recently had my HVAC system serviced. On the recommendation of a friend and co-worker, I contacted Love and Care Heating and Air. They sent out, Joel Stefani, a Senior Technician with the company. Joel was on time, explained what he would be doing when examining the furnace, and the air conditioning unit. To my astonishment, he spent over 2 hours thoroughly going over my system(s), even photographing the areas of concern. He explained his reasoning behind the recommendations suggested for additional attention and e-mailed me copies of all of the photos. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of various issues and decided to followed up on them. Joel is a great representative for his company and I felt that the name of the company was totally appropriate for the job he did. Thank you, Joel.

Love and Care did my HVAC system and I’ve continued with maintenance. They are always professional, polite and friendly. Joel just did my Maintenance on the AC. Such a wonderful job. This Elk Grove family owned heating and air company is named Love and Care rightfully so! I was referred to them by a tenant 3 years ago. The following year I hired them to replace a complete system at a 100 year old home in East Sac. It was obvious just how professional and proud of their team! Their workmanship is detailed, clean, quiet and precise. The equipment is top quality and competitively priced. Then on April 1st a 19 year old system broke down at another rental house. Even though it had a home warranty I wasn't going to deal with another bad experience with the losers that the warranty company sends. So I called Mark Shaw (the brother of Love and Care's owner) and he had a super nice complete HVAC system installed and operational by noon the next day on April 2nd! 5+ Stars! I just received my second year's free maintenance service. The service technician, Zak Wright, was professional and polite with a friendly demeanor. The service was thorough and he kept me informed of what was being done. My attic access panel had been cracked for some time and would fold if not pushed open carefully. Zak took time to reinforce the panel with Gorilla tape to avoid potential breakage in the future. Since purchasing the HVAC from Love and Care, I have been impressed with their employees, work and services. I feel I have been treated like family.

Love and Care Heating and Air are amazing! The best customer service all around! They helped me get a new HVAC system! The tear down and installation was all done in one day! Financing was super fast and easy! Showed me how to work my new WiFi thermostat as well!! I’m not great with technology at times! Answered any questions I had!
