Thank you Prime Genius for Obaid your staff, he makes your company look good.because he checked the washing machine and informed me that it's working perfectly. We had an excellent experience with Prime Genius Heating, Air, and Appliances. Obaid came out to give us an estimate for a complete HVAC replacement, and he sat with me to completely explain my options, provide recommendations, and answer all of our questions. The estimate was quite fair and in line with the other estimates we received. We were given plenty of time to consider our options, with no pressure from the organization. We ultimately decided to schedule our HVAC replacement with Prime Genius because of their reasonable costs, professionalism, and the fact that they provided us with options rather than pressuring us to choose one. We were able to schedule our HVAC replacement within a few days after signing the contract. Obaid and Faizan arrived on time for the installation, completed their work within the time frame specified, and donned masks whenever they entered our home. I highly recommend Prime Genius Heating & Air and intend to continue utilizing their services to maintain our HVAC system in the coming years.

Came and checked my washer and said it will need new shocks $375 for repairs and stated better off buying a new one because it might not work. And didn't leave a invoice so I called office and was told apologies for that. ???? Wasted $89. For what to be told will fix but not guaranteed ,

Had a house Heater emergency they came within a couple hours and got it fixed the next business day. The next day after that I was having a Christmas party and the thermostat failed, they were here in 20 minutes and replaced it in time for my house to get heated. Highly recommend Prime.

Scheduled a free checkup on the heater system. Technician arrived on time and went through everything. Was clean and professional. They said a capacitor is on its way out and should be replaced although it still working. I opted not to replace it until it's actually broken completely. They did not argue with me and respected my decision.

Technician arrived on time. He was professional and kind, then followed up promptly. He helped confirm several dangerous concerns we had (first technician from another company was lazy) so that the owner of our rental/rental company would provide us new renters a new oven. I am very grateful for his help and support in making our home safe.

I would recommend this company for sure,the technician was professional,nice and cool. Our old A/C unit stopped working and he actually figured it out and got it goin,still working also . He put in a lot of work on our roof in the heat,very thankful
