Salinas' Monarch Home Services is invaluable! Our old water heater was quickly replaced with a tankless one by Dan and Steven. We have infinite hot water now—what a great improvement!

Sabastian Gomez the AC technician who services my heating and cooling system performed an excellent job. He explained all issues with my system made correction where possible. He was honest, was not pushy. The man has character. I trust his opinion.

Not fixed yet, but on the way. I’ve had a broken issue with my HVAC unit for 10 months. Thankfully, monarch is working with me to resolve the problems caused by improper diagnosis. My current tech is amazing and is very pro customer. I highly recommend Sebastian Gomez if you need some work in the Monterey County area.

The Smart 72 crew was professional, informative, and very helpful. They were recommended through Home Depot and did a great job with a difficult installation of my new hot water heater. I received courteous service from everyone - including the person who wrote the quote, the people at the scheduling and billing departments, and of course, the installers.

We’ve had Smart72 servicing our air/heating for several years. They have always been very professional and efficient. This year, we knew we needed a new system, so we asked for a quote. Again, they were reasonable efficient and very professional. The entire crew is outstanding. Our new system was installed and operational in one (1) day! Love these folks.

I used Smart72 to install a heat pump. The best thing about Smart72 is its people. Everyone I worked with at Smart72 were friendly, professional, and helpful. My installers, Isidro, Jorge, and George, were great to work with and even stayed very late one night trying to get my system up and running. Moreover, when I had an issue the day after install, Shaun came out and was extremely understanding and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't give Smart72 five stars because there have been some issues with my install. A 2 day install took over 4 days. They did their best to ensure I kept my furnace for heating at night but I did have to go without heat one night, and it got to 35 degrees outside that night. Smart72 did offer to bring space heaters but I already had one. Also, the day after install, I had an error on the system. Smart72 came out right away and resolved the issue. I do recommend Smart72 mainly because the people and the company have been great to work with.

They were willing to beat any other quote for a mini split system by $500 and they installed it just two days after giving us the quote. Our house went from 61° to 75° in just a short time and it works really well. Couldn’t be more pleased!
