Cooper Brothers serviced and repaired our furnace in less than hour after my call. Our technician, Dillon was very professional and courteous all throughout the diagnosis and repair. He also did a complete review of our current system and offered some tips on maintenance gave some options for a more efficient future system. Patrick visited our condo in South San Jose to evaluate the need of new Heatpump. He did detailed study of the physical space before recommending a unit. He took his time and explained in detail the pro and con of the unit. He offered to take his boss there as an extra expertise to get the problem resolved. His technical knowledge was very good. Overall a good experience.

They do such a thorough job of communicating with you, that you shouldn't ever miss an appointment. Elizabeth who makes appointments as part of the office staff is totally friendly and knowledgeable. John C., the Service Tech came to my property on schedule. This company is very fortunate to have John as one of their excellent Services Tech's. He performed several tests on my Trane Heating System. There were some minor issues that were identified. I told John that when the weather warms up, I will request that he does a thorough inspection on my A/C System. This was my first experience with 72 Degrees Cooper Brothers organization, but I am toally impressed with the way they treat their customers. I highly recommend that when you have a HVAC need, call them and you too will be a happy customer. By the way, I am not related to this organization, just sharing an excellent experience.
