Curtis the co-owner was extremely rude on the phone. I booked over a month out and because he chose not to work the day of my appointment, they tried to reschedule my appointment. Curtis told me it’s not his fault if someone calls out sick (4 days before my appointment) but the person I spoke to in the morning told me Curtis is the one that could not work. I am a reasonable person, but I felt lied too. I had to make child care arrangements ahead of time and could not reschedule. When I told him I had to fly someone in to help me, he expressed that was not his problem. So he told me to go to another provider or cancel. This shows a lack of responsibility on their part. Please seek another professional when looking for work to be done.
