Curtis the co-owner was extremely rude on the phone. I booked over a month out and because he chose not to work the day of my appointment, they tried to reschedule my appointment. Curtis told me it’s not his fault if someone calls out sick (4 days before my appointment) but the person I spoke to in the morning told me Curtis is the one that could not work. I am a reasonable person, but I felt lied too. I had to make child care arrangements ahead of time and could not reschedule. When I told him I had to fly someone in to help me, he expressed that was not his problem. So he told me to go to another provider or cancel. This shows a lack of responsibility on their part. Please seek another professional when looking for work to be done.

Despite the circumstances, Curtis, one of our team members, graciously offered to single-handedly undertake the task, even though it typically necessitates a two-person effort. However, I understand that you declined this offer. In light of this, Curtis has thoughtfully furnished you with recommendations for reputable companies that he personally trusts to address your needs effectively. They did a great job and were super nice. They explained everything about the job and cleaned up after themselves too, even vacuumed the dust on the rug. Really happy to have safe and good working heat in the house, job well done!

Everyone was professional and friendly. They diagnosed the problem and came back to fix it and clean the air ducts. I would recommend Pacific Coast Comfort for all your heating and air conditioning needs!

Had a major problem with my furnace. Required multiple attempts with multiple parts and back and forth. These guys stuck it out with me the whole time, followed through with their work and ensuring that it was finally working. At every point, they gave me honest assessments and alternatives with their respective price points to pursue. Never appeared pushy but always helpful. Their expert knowledge and real world application of that knowledge was impressive especially considering that another local company labeled my furnace “unfixable.” Highly recommend to anyone.

Highly Recommend these guys. They are hard working and honest with great customer care. We thought there was an issue with our whole house fan, they came right out and stayed over an hour monitoring. They even called the manufacture and emailed us additional info and videos. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will call them asap for any new install

Unfortunately after 3 months of having a new control board installed by these guys it failed. I spend $2,300 and was told that they only guarantee their parts/service for 30 days. I now have to have another company fix what they poorly installed. There was red flags from the initial install. They told me it was the wrong part but “they could make it work” and when they first installed it a super strong burning smell came out of the AC that took days to burn off. Red flag. Don’t use these guys. They don’t care about customer service. They care about taking your money and if fails 3 months later then tough luck your on your own to find another company to come out and replace it. Super disappointing for a local small business.

We'd like to clarify that when we initially visited your business, our focus was on addressing the issues with your A/C system. After diagnosing the problems, we replaced the bad control board, fan capacitor, and blower motor, which resulted in your A/C running perfectly. Regarding the incident with the fan motor, we acknowledge the mistake made by our supplier in providing the incorrect motor for your system. We promptly rectified this by returning the incorrect motor and obtaining the proper one as per your system's requirements. As for the recent issue with your heater, we are sorry to hear that you encountered difficulties. We understand that another company has suggested replacing the control board. However, due to the age of your system (30 years old) and the 30-day warranty on our parts, it's important to consider the natural wear and tear that can occur with older systems. These boys were very professional and nice. The one who did the repair found the needed part quickly and replaced it showing me the old part he replaced. He said it was fixed and the air conditioner was now working. Fast work and timely. Good job!
