One of their trucks hit my car on the highway and then took off. When I called in to let the owner know that his truck is unwilling to stop, the owner told me that he was not responsible for the damage and that he was not at fault. I am now having to go in to get repairs done on the car they hit. Completely unethical and borderline criminal - stay away from these guys!!!!

Reid Heating provides excellent and responsive service at a fair price. They went out of their way to quickly obtain the necessary parts to repair our radiant heating system so that we didn't have to endure a cold home any longer than necessary during the winter. Everyone from their office staff to the repair technician were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even tried to first walked us through an attempted self-diagnosis (by phone) of the problem which could have resolved the situation without the need for someone to come out to our house. You can't go wrong with Reid Heating and Energy!
