Econo West is the very best outfit around! I had a new tech heating system in one of my apartment units. My tenant was freezing and their team showed up (during the holidays) found the problem and fixed it. The owner even showed up in person, to help diagnose the problem! I won’t ever call anybody else. We were having intermittent issues with our furnace where it would stop heating mid cycle. Our technician Dave was amazing and was able to diagnose the hard to replicate problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a methodical approach to fix our furnace without just ordering new expensive parts. I also appreciated his communication and follow-up texts just to make sure everything was resolved. The whole process from scheduling to repair was very refreshing and I highly recommend working with Econo West.

I called this morning because the furnace kept turning in and off. Office told me they could come out between 2 and 4pm, Dave the owner was here at 2pm. Looked the unit and told me it was a switch issue and how to fix it next time, because it was so simple he didn't even charge! Great company will definitely use them again when needed and refer them to friends and family.

I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!
