These folks are ROCKSTARS! They moved around appointments and came out within hours to help my elderly parents. The guys that came out were kind, thoughtful and respectful. Absolutely wonderful. I felt that my parents two-day extensive issue was in good hands. Call them, they are the best.

He gave us suggestions on cleanout placement and what our options are to remove roots from one of our lines. He was very professional and supplied us with a quote before any work was done. I've had two FANTASTIC experiences with this company now. The first was with my A/C unit. After getting bids from two others HVAC companies, they told me I needed to get a new unit, I and had KC Home Services to give a final bid and they found out it was just a blown fuse. The two other companies never even looked at this as a possible issue. KC Home Services is a very honest company and that is how you get lifelong customers! My next experience was a leaking drain pipe, they opened up the wall, fixed the issue extremely fast and now I'm able to do laundry, use the spare bathroom etc... again. I can't recommend them enough! As long as I live in the area, I will only be using them.
