Hahaha these reviews are all fake!!! Watch how long this one lasts lol. After getting a quote for $17,000 for a heat pump that shouldn't cost any more than six seven or eight depending on how much the labor is marked up I started reading reviews. After reading one too many very obviously fake reviews on Google I mozied on over to Yelp. Let's just say a good portion of the reviews on Yelp seem to be from real customers and they don't seem very happy. 😉 Edit - since someone from this business responded, I will have to address their response. Obviously I have no way of knowing if your reviews are real or not so there's not much I can do but speculate. The one thing I do know is we were quoted $17,000 for a heat pump. The quote was not itemized, as was the complaint of several of the reviewers previously mentioned. My question to the business is this- was the 17,000 heat pump quote I received an error or were you genuinely quoting me $17,000 for a heat pump? If so maybe you can give me an itemized estimate for the internet to see lol. If you need more identifying information as to the address that you quoted it to just let me know and I will call with it.

Excellent work and very professional and friendly. They presented us with various options available for our needs, primarily energy efficiency, and helped us settle on the best system for our home. Kept me posted on the progress of the installation, and walked me through the whole system once it was installed. Highly recommend!!!

We needed a furnace tune up on our older home system. I looked at the reviews and was impressed with comments. So I scheduled service with them. What a great experience! Starting with Julie ( office ) was super wonderful and then technician Caleb couldn’t have been a nicer person. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and super personable! We will certainly be using them from now on and purchase from them when we upgrade in the spring. Great company & personnel.

We had a problem with our instant hot water heater. I called Advanced Comfort Control and Julie was very helpful and had Colby and Colter come out. They were able to diagnose our problem. They were courteous and very helpful. We were given a bid for repair or replacement of our old heater in a timely manner. We decided to replace the hot water heater. John came and replaced the water heater. He was courteous, efficient and helpful. On each visit the mechanics from ACC kept us informed of their time of arrival and if they were going to be late. We are very pleased with the service we received. We highly recommend this company.

I recently engaged Advanced Comfort Control for a very substantial project at a home in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It involved replacing the propane-based furnace system with a heat pump system for both heating and air; replacing the ducting for the old system; replacing the propane water heater with a heat pump water heater; and a variety of electrical upgrades necessary for the former and for new appliances we planned to install. Their work was superb in every respect. It began with a very thoughtful analysis of my needs, extensive discussion of the alternatives, and a willingness to answer the many questions I had on the details. They then prepared fixed-price proposals that spelled out very clearly the work that would be done. One person at the company then handled the scheduling and management of the project, keeping me informed of what was going to be done by whom and when. I received a weekly email that summarized the work that had been completed that week and what was next on the list. The communication was clear, timely and extremely useful. I have worked with many contractors over the years in a variety of locales in California. I have never seen anyone as competent, well-organized, and communicative as the people I dealt with at Advanced Comfort. Importantly, they were also up to date on the latest technology in all of the areas where I needed help. I recommend them highly and without reservation.
