Bought a Drolet woodstove direct from the manufacturer and had it delivered. I set it up according to the specifications but needed the flue connected. None of the local woodstove places would help since it wasn't something they sold. All season heating and air had no problem taking care of it. They were very polite and did a great job. Their response was great , even during a time when everyone was booked for weeks. They examined my inoperable heater, diagnosed the problem, and went the extra mile to locate the necessary part locally (a real miracle). Once they had the part, they came right out and did the repair! Yay, I now have heat in sub freezing temps! The technician was wonderful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Kudos on all fronts!

All season recently installed AC and a new heating system in our house. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable. Once the unit was in they even lowered the cost of the install from the original quote they gave us due the the cost being less than they thought it would. Most companies would just stick to the original quoted price but they gave us a couple hundred dollars back. About a month after the install we noticed we didn't have cool air coming through the vents. We called them and within a day they showed up at our house a fixed the issue. We had a loose wire which was an easy fix. I would definitely recommend this company.

I am very happy with the prompt service I received. I had a service company for 23 years that would go out to the customer location and service their fire equipment. I ended up selling it to Tyco Corporation so I could retire. I know how important it is to please your customers, I talked to Shawn on the phone and he sent out two professional service technicians and within one hour they were at my front door. I could not be happier with the service I received. I wish I had the two technicians working for me when I was in business. Great Job, Dave

Stopped by their office on Main Street at 8 am when they opened. They scheduled me for 11 am same day. They found a bad wire that was causing my air conditioning to not come on. They fixed the wire, inspected my unit outside and up in the attic and changed air filters. They charged a $150 service call. Very fast, efficient and most importantly....HONEST. In a world full of scams, its nice to find a trustable vendor whose family has roots in the community. They very easily could have told me it was some $300 or $500 part. I wouldn't have known. But thankfully it was a simple fix. Thanks for your great service.
