Update (May 2024): We ended up having them install a new HVAC for the house and a ductless mini split system upstairs. The men (Jesse, Drew, Ricky, Taylor, José and Oscar) got the job done in a single day and everything works perfectly looks great. Greatly appreciated. Original (April 2024): We were having a spot of trouble with our AC, which also needed a tuneup, so we called Right Now Air. I spoke with both Adam and Amy and they were very accommodating with information and scheduling. They sent out Ramon and Raul to check out our unit - who were professional, knowledgable and thorough. We have had them around multiple times before and will definitely continue to call on them for our HVAC needs.

Outstanding service. My wife and I were having issues with 3 year old A.C unit. My wife called Right Now AIR & Solar a little earlier than 5pm and Ramon came out the next morning. Ramon was extremely knowledgeable and outgoing while remaining professional. The best service we've received in a very long time. Wyatt was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the issue and fix it during the same visit. It was a Saturday and I originally booked an appointment for Monday online. They called me after booking the online appointment and said they could come the next day on Sunday. I always have great experiences with this company.

We have always received amazing service from every technician with Right Now Air! Adam, Allen, and Jose were quick to respond when we inquired on an issue at our home. We appreciate the thoroughness and efficiency of each technician, and would recommend them to anyone for solar and heating/air. We noticed our solar stopped producing energy and within 24 hours, the problem was solved after they made a house visit and fixed the equipment! Thanks, ya’all!!

Michael was FANTASTIC. Stayed until he figured out the problem and made a temporary fix. Kept us informed of status of ordering new part and got it to us as soon as it arrived, even though it took a few days. Amanda and Amy were also very responsive on the phone end. We really appreciate the service.

I have worked with Right Now Air and Solar for the past 4 years in property management. Nothing says professionalism more than this team and their work! From start to finish they were prompt (arrived early and were ready to work), professional (cared for the home as if it was their own explained things to maintenance and the resident), with quality workmanship (the work areas were all cleaned, checked to make sure everything functioned). As a property manager I appreciate a business relationship such as this from the quality service technicians that diagnosed the issues, to the installation team, the office, and dispatchers, where would we be without you? Very uncomfortable from the Heat or Cold!

Everyone from the initial tech who diagnosed my old system as needing replacing after trying everything to get the old on started, to the design tech who recommended me a system, the the back office staff, to the installers who were able to knock out the job in a day - I always felt like that they had my back. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and always available to talk options through. There were some small discoveries and additional work where I knew they lost some money but in all occurrences, they just took care of it which I very much appreciated.
