Our upstairs AC was not running. I called Summit Heating & Air today and they couldn't get me in until next week - given this is the hottest week of the year so far, I understand! They put me on the wait list and called back the next hour and had an opening. Zach came out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The final repair bill was very reasonable. This is the 3rd time I have used them and have been very happy each time. -Tim

Fired up AC for first time this season and didn’t have any cold air. Searched Google for Bryant repair service and found Summit Heating & Air Conditioning. Contacted Summit and spoke to a very pleasant and professional receptionist who told me that she would speak to the Owner and get back to me. I heard back within five minutes and was scheduled for a service call. Cody arrived the following day. He got right to work assessing my system, detected a refrigerant leak and made the repair. I could not be more pleased with Summit Heating & Air Conditioning.

if you have any HVAC need, Summit Heating and Air are the BEST! Professional, thorough and patient with customers like me who have lots of questions. Cody and Zach's attention to detail when they gave me the bid was what convinced me to choose them for one of the biggest purchases for my little condo. They were the only HVAC company who investigated the venting and ductwork and identified issues in design. they installed fabricated ducts to improve airflow, increased intakes and installed air filtration systems and UV lights to clean and purify the air. And they are the only HVAC company ive ever seen remove all debris and make the space cleaner than when they arrived (many others just ditch old parts and trash in the crawl space). Zach took the time to walk thru the new furnace, how to identify and replace filters when needed and how it works (at least what a layperson like me can understand). i am such a happy customer and am already planning to propose to my HOA board that we use their company for ductless AC systems for all our units. Zack, the service technician performed a detailed assessment of my furnace and found the problem missed by others in the past. He ordered the part and returned to install - the furnace is running better than it has in years. i also appreciated how Zack explained what he did and the costs up front and a thorough recap at the end of the visit. Everyone in the office has been friendly and followed up with me quickly. i really appreciated Cody's quick email responses when i sent a video of the noises my furnace was making. Thanks to Summit HVAC for keeping me warm this winter!

Summit Heating installed a new Furnace close to 7 years ago for me. I have had a few issues here and there but Cody and his crew have taken care of me 1000%, they stand behind their work and word. I honestly have never worked with such a reliable, honest company as Summit Heating. I can't say enough about Cody and his dedication to his customers, he has stayed in touch with me until the issue was solved and never once charged me for his time, of course if there was a repair to be made, I would expect to pay and would be happy to pay for such service!! TOP EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
