My parents heater had started to give us trouble and so I made an appointment with Pearce Heating and Air to come out to look at what was going on. Unfortunately, it was an issue that would not always replicate itself so the first time a technician came out he couldn’t diagnose a problem. When I called back, they sent out Derrick, who is a senior technician, and through discussions with him we decided the unit needed to be replaced. Since it was 25 years old, we didn’t want to put a bunch of money into replacing parts that we weren’t sure would fix the issue. Two days later, the install was completed by Roscoe and Anthony. They were wonderful, did a super job, cleaned up after themselves, and answered any and all questions my parents had. The whole process from beginning to end has been wonderful and Pearce made it very easy for us. I highly recommend. Thank you Pearce!

Derek was very thorough, knowledgeable and gave us a great deal for the annual membership and the work that needed to be done to get our A/C up and running.

Very thorough on the inspection of the duct work, filter and furnace. The camera he uses was very impressive and all images were clear. He also provided a very thorough report with pictures and understandable explanations. My son loved getting to watch him do his thing. On top of all that, I got a great discount deal! Pearce Heating & Air is our go to for all HVAC questions concerns maintenance repairs and upgrades. Office staff are always available and pleasant if we call to ask questions and the maintenance staff are always clean knowledgeable and informative. This is a great local company that has been in the area for several years. Highly recommend over any of the other big HVAC companies.
