Had to replace our HVAC system back in December. Today was a quality check and the service rep was awesome. Was here, got the job done, and was out in no time. Once again again, was very satisfied with Mohr.

The heating and air technician came out on a service call. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He had a good knowledge of the work and was clean. I was very pleased!

Conner came today. He was very professional and courteous, he checked the entire system for us, he was very thorough. Conner didn't rush through this job, he made sure everything was operating as it should. He explained everything to us. We only have one issue and it isn't terribly bad. Conner said when we are ready to take care of the issue all we have to do is call and he'll take care of it himself. It's good to know we have good dependabl people Iike Conner. We highly recommend him!

Mohr Heating and Air tech came out to do a quality check on a unit they installed in March. The inspection was quick. He reported no issues. He didn't provide any details about what he did or his observations. I was less than satisfied with the scheduling of this inspection. I was contacted day of and asked if I'd be home. The scheduler advised a technician would be by as soon as the technician was back from lunch. I was called again a few hours later and asked if a technician could come by. I do like that Mohr sent a text stating a technician was on the way providing a picture and name of the person coming. I received the text communication after the second phone call. The entire interaction was fairly satisfactory.
