Vardell’s Air Conditioning

Last summer we had Vardells come out upwards of 6 times. All attempts made by them was a HUGE fail. AC was out most of the summer and every time we called we got the “it may be this,but it also could be this” and turned out it was neither. And the cherry on top of all these miserably failed attempts is the owner, Dwayne who also happens to be the president of Olivehurst little league, took it upon himself to yell not once but twice at my deaf son for having his hands on the fence. He approached my son yelling and had a finger in his face. Little did he know he was scaring a 10 year old with hearing disabilities. Real piece of work this Dwayne guy. Speaks volumes on his character. Safe to say he conducts himself both on and off the clock in the same manner. To be appointed president of a little league and not have patience when dealing with children is disgusting. And all the while wearing a company hat, talk about bad publicity. AVOID TAKING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! You can easily get better service from anywhere and I’m sure they would have the decency not to yell at any children.

Vardell’s is the best! Prompt, fair, professional…they earned our trust/business over 15 years ago. We have been happy with all the projects completed with Vardell’s; from brand new units to repairs they are the best.

Great service. Vardell's came highly recommended and I can only do the same, I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their existing HVAC. He got me up & running again, including locating burned out part in about two hours or less. Very pleased with service! Matt was courteous & cleaned area before leaving. Vardell’s is fantastic! They show up same day typically. Hot or cold they treat you like a priority. In August they repaired my air conditioner. This week when the temperature was 32 every night and our heater wasn’t working, they ordered my main board overnight, repaired it and had us up and running. They are almost half the cost of the other companies and their service men are courteous and polite. I won’t use anyone else for my repairs

Amazing experience! Called on Wednesday and my unit was installed by 1230 the next day. The price was reasonable and they assisted with financing. Every employee that came to do the job had the best attitude and you could tell they wanted it to be perfect. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone needing a new HVAC.
