I kept seeing reviews that they are upfront with pricing but the individual who answered the phone said that she wasn’t allowed to tell me an average price of a replacement of a toilet. Wanted a $75 service fee first.

Got my water heater replaced by Joe and it was done before I could even sign the check! Fast affordable service with good customer service! (He was done in 40 minutes so didn’t talk much) highly recommended!!

We had 2 toilets replaced. Tim was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. All remnants of any boxes, trash, and the old toilets were removed and hauled off without having to ask. Job well done from start to finish! Thanks.

We have used Paradise Bay Plumbing many times in the past, but won't be using them again moving forward. Joe is awesome, but the woman answering the phones is incredibly rude and dismissive. Prices are high, but I never minded paying them due to the good service. My husband called today regarding getting a quote to have two toilets replaced, and she was so rude that my husband refuses to do business with them any longer.

Tim was great. He took the time to explain the problem and answer all my questions. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up afterwards like he was never there. I’ll continue to use Paradise Plumbing and recommend them.

Want to thank Joe and the team at Paradise Plumbing for all their help with our most recent home projects. We have used their services on several other occasions and have always been 100% satisfied. Therefore there was no hesitation to contact Joe for our latest home improvement needs for the installation of all plumbing aspects for our outdoor kitchen and the addition of a shower/bathroom to our new pool/lanai area. He ran all plumbing and sewer lines prior and once the kitchen was installed returned to install fixtures, hook up all lines and make sure everything was working properly. He returned again to complete all aspects of our outdoor bathroom to install a shower, utility sink and toilet. Always professional, shows up when expected and is fantastic with communication and is a great problem solver! We had many different contractors and service providers with this project and Paradise Plumbing is the ONLY one that went as expected with no hassles or unexpected issues! Highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs!

Joe has completed multiple jobs at our home and this is the latest. He's always a pleasure to be around and treats his customers they way they should be treated. He's a great guy!
