I didn't get to work with these guys because my project was not a fit for their specialty. We determined this early in our conversation. Rob still talked with me on the phone for a long while and was very helpful and eager to serve. This is a good sign of a great company! I'll use them if ever given the chance in the future.

Wow! Great job shower valve replacement Rob! The most honest and reasonable prices for plumbing jobs. Great to work with. So far he’s the only one I can trust doing my plumbing work. I would highly recommend Pine Lakes Plumbing above anyone else.

Had an outside hose bib that was poorly installed when the house was originally built. The bib broke off and I called pine lakes plumbing. They picked up the phone quickly they were very responsive to my issue. He showed up promptly did a great job on the repair! Would highly recommend them and use their service again.

I had a garbage disposal installed. Rob was very friendly and professional, showed up on time and did an excellent job. He had to reroute the shut off valve so the disposal would fit. The price was way cheaper then I thought it would be. Pine lakes has just become my go to plumber. Thanks Rob..

I highly recommend this plumbing company. I had a water softener installed, and Rob did a fantastic job! He is super thorough, communicative, and really takes the time to explain every detail of what the project is that needs to get done. He is super knowledgeable, and very upfront regarding the work needing to be done and the pricing. I really appreciate ALL of those qualities. His prices are fair for a job done well and done right. I will certainly contact Rob for any of my future plumbing needs–I found my local plumber! :D
