Chris Miller did a great job replacing a broken pipe on our water heater. He explained what needed to be done very well and what the options were. He stayed focused on getting the job done timely and within the timeframe needed. Chris is a good worker with a great work ethic. Doing the job correctly was an obvious goal for Chis. I just wanted to thank Chris, Dan, Zack and Austin for their professionalism and hard work in repiping, installing a new water heater and a new kitchen sink in our home. They were all very courteous and well mannered also. They also were very clean as the cleaned up at the end of both days. Really appreciate them staying late on day two to finish things up. We will definitely be using them again for any other plumbing needs and will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need of any type of plumbing repair or replacement needs. We are very pleased with Major League Plumbing. We had a major plumbing issue that required concrete to be torn up. They came in and sealed everything up and were very respectful of our house. They communicated daily with updates on the progress and made sure that everything was fixed. It is very disruptive when things like this happen and they did a good job of making things easier on us. I would recommend them to anyone having issues. They will find the issue and fix it for a fair price and provide great customer service.

Called them to get one toilet rebuilt because it had been whining off and on all night. It was an older Mansfield, otherwise is was in decent shape and functional. While Joseph the plumber was here I had him look at a tub spout that had been acting up, the other toilet that was just as old as the one that was malfunctioning and our 2005 water heater that I was pretty sure had a water logged thermal expansion tank. He went over everything with me and priced each item out individually so that I could make an educated decision on each item. I went ahead with all of it and he got it done same day! Someone from their office even expedited the water heater and permit to our home! We were so impressed we signed up with their yearly maintenance program so we have no worries moving forward. We are new to the area and have had a hard time finding in home service providers we feel do quality work and that we can trust. We found it with Joseph and the team at Major League. They hit a major league home run with us and that says a lot. We had our own heating and AC company for many years and we are pretty needy! The only minor thing I had an issue with is that I like the freedom to pay the invoice with cash check or credit card and they charge an extra % for using a credit card on work over $2500 I believe. But a lot of companies are choosing to go that route instead of counting it as an overhead expense and factoring it into their costs and charging accordingly across the board. I’ll definitely refer them to my friends and family in the area.

The communication was excellent; they send a text to show where the tech is on a map to keep you informed while you wait. There’s a welcome call from the Tech (Cody) to confirm the appointment and arrival time. Cody showed up exactly on time, he was friendly and his knowledge was excellent, he diagnosed and fixed the problem (our water pump pressure switch) and identified other problems (faulty barometric pressure gauge) that he took care of. He serviced our system to make sure it was all working properly. The cost was very reasonable, they used quality materials. Cody also took the time to give advice on further maintenance matters which will help us in the future! Superb service and great customer care.
