Very pleased with the service and promptness. Was told they would be there between 3 & 5, and 15 after 3, Chris showed up. He was professional and quickly completed the job. And the price was reasonable and fair. Highly recommend.

I awoke this morning to a puddle in the middle of my garage from my water heater failing, while still under warranty. K & R plumbing is local to St.Cloud and let me tell you they will be my number 1 choice for plumbing from now on. Everyone who helped me today was so kind, efficient, helpful and professional. Every thing from the young lady who scheduled me, to her husband that showed up on time and went out of his was to go exchange the unit, to the install guy, they all truely went above and beyond to get me back up and running today.I can't say enough good things about this company. I am a bit of a picky customer and they were happy to answer all my questions and adressed every concern I had. Thank you so much for such speedy service. Would highly recommend.

I called K and R plumbing the other day. We have had issues for years finding a reliable trustworthy and honest company. Inwasntold that someone would be here between 2 and 3 pm. At 145 pm my doorbell rang and Jake was here. He was prompt efficient, honest, and had my issues fixed in minutes. He then proceeded to tell me you paid for thw hour, run some water do laundry and let's make sure everything is working. I highly recommend calling them for any plumbing issues you have. They are local here in St Cloud, and like I said efficient z professional and trustworthy.

My sister home had a water leak that needed to be repaired quickly. I contacted K&R plumbing & spoke with Ken & sent him some photos of the leak. He assured me that he could get someone (Jordan) within the hour to do the repair & told me what charges to expect up front. Sure enough Jordan arrived within the hour & immediately assessed the problem. Although the leak was in a tight spot Jordan was able to repair the leak. Considering that this was a last minute call I take my hat off to both K& R Plumbing & Jordan for their quick response.

Gave them a call to see about connecting two new bathroom sinks. Needed supply and return lines set too. They were out the next day, exactly when they said they would be. Justin was very professional, worked quickly, and was very good at communicating. Price was fair, and matched quote. Would definitely use again.

The company is amazing. The customer service is exceptional. Our plumber (Chris Portz) went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing needs were met did an amazing job installing our new sinks and shower.

Can I really only give this company 5 stars, because they deserve far more! I called K&R this morning about my kitchen sink leaking. Ken answered and had someone arranged to be at him home within 15 minutes!!! Chris Portz arrived and had the issue resolved in less than an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. This will definitely be my go to plumbing company going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a time sensitive need with our kitchen faucet that needed some help. I called K&R and they came out the very next day. The technician was polite, and knowledgeable. He took care of our faucet and found another issue that would had been terrible if not resolved. Everything was fixed swiftly and we could not be happier. Highly recommend.
