Manager, Danny came to my house himself and did the work when their schedule got mixed up. He did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. A little expensive, but worth it to have done it right. He was knowledgeable, informative and pleasant. I would call them again when I need plumbing repairs.

Quite literally the best. I had a hole in my expansion tank above the water heater and I called all of Bradenton (many companies claiming to be open 24 hours) looking for someone to come and fix it the night it happened. We had to shut off our water as it was spraying everywhere and the tank needed to be replaced. They sent out Daniel, who is a great guy and also really knew his stuff. He had the whole thing fixed and working very quickly. He explained everything very thoroughly. They came through when we were in a tight spot. Much appreciated Best Home Services. I will be calling them again for future plumbing concerns. Highly recommend.

Avoid this shady company. Demanded over $400 to spend less than an hour snaking one drain line and said a second truck would come in a few days to look at drain with camera. I was told the camera inspection was included . After 3 scheduled appointments with no one showing up, they finally came with a camera and asked for more money and gave me a quote of over $4000.00 to hydro jet the drain. Stay away! Update . I was contacted by Best Home Services and they said they would look into the issue and get back to me . They never got back to me . Don’t waste your time or your money with them . 2nd update. A reputable plumber took care of my drain for $1200. Stay away from these thieves !

Zach was awesome!!! He was very personable and friendly!! He came out late at night and fixed our AC problem. He went above and beyond and took the time to check out our who system to be sure everything was working correctly.

Nathan Billy repaired my electrical issues today.Best Home Services is so lucky to have him in their employ. It was unbelievable to see his level of expertise in assessing the problem so knowledgeably.Even though it was the end of the day, he maintained a cheerful, professional attitude. Thank You Nathan.

Jesse the plumber came to my house at 1030pm and fixed a leaking toilet. He didnt want to wake up family with his work, so he politely left and came back to finish the job this morning around 1030am. He was super polite and very professional. Jesse finished installing all new parts inside toilet and installed a new valve to turn off water to the toilet. It took him under an hour and gave me a discount. Very happy to have that stressors taken care of so quickly.

I needed an electrician specifically to have a refrigerator in our garage without tripping the GFI outlets. I called Best Homes and on same day of call they sent over Chris Peel to do the work. He explained everything thoroughly, professional in manner and did an excellent job in placing a new outlet in the garage. My only complaint was I thought the cost was on the high side even with some discounts, otherwise he would of got a 5 star rating.

Came home from work late on a Friday night to no water and no electricity in either bathroom. Contacted America’s Best Home Services. They provided me with a timeline of technicians arrival, a name and photo of who the technician is. Justin arrived promptly and provided excellent service. He is extremely fair, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. After fixing my electrical issues Justin assisted me with setting up a scheduled appointment with a plumber from America’s Best Home Services so I would be assured to get my plumbing issues resolved as soon as possible. It was a late night service call but he went the extra mile to help. Thank you, Justin!
