I was delighted with Air Control. Frank, work Technician came out on a Sunday. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, and offered me several options as well as helping me to get financing. I chose to replace my 18 year old gas furnace. On Monday Technician Zach brought me a space heater. He had visited me in November after a power surge knocked out my heat. He inspected my furnace and replaced the thermostat at no charge. On Wednesday Josh, Senior Installer, and his Assistant, another Zach took out my old furnace and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job. All men were knowledgeable and professional. I'm so pleased with their work. Thank you CONTROL!
