The receptionist was unwilling to give me a price range, or connect me with a plumber by phone. She had an attitude with me from the moment I called but accused me of yelling at her, which I wasn't. She was a liar so that someone else in the office would think that I was yelling!

Capital Plumbing has the BEST SERVICE around. I live in Wakulla and called them around 8:30 and my plumming repair was completed before 12:00 noon. From Dana answering the phone and being so helpful and giving me a prompt response. To the Plummer, Mr. Stefan, who came out and wasted no time making my repair. He did an excellent job. I recommend them to everyone who’s looking for a prompt and efficient plummer.

Showed up hours before our apointed time. I wasn't home, but they still felt they had the right to charge my credit card $125 for a service visit. I should have sued.

Josh was our technician today and he was wonderful! He arrived promptly, knowledgeable about the service and very professional. We will definitely be using capital plumbing for our services!

The plumber that came out and that answered the emergency number was our saving grace, after calling and making our appointment for 3:30 p.m. I had to call back to check on our appointment to find out there was no record of me ever calling, I was told I would be called right back. I called back 45 minutes later to be told yep I'm still on the list and I'm next to be serviced. I had to call back 3 hours later and I was told that it was going to be an after hours visit now which would cost us more when in reality I had an appointment for 3:30 p.m. . The technician that came out treated me with kindness and was fair with me because I had an earlier appointment that was missed by the company. There was such poor communication between the office staff myself and the technician I almost gave up multiple times but our options were limited. Had there been more options at that time I would have probably gone with someone else. Very poor communications

Chris Clark did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. He also took the extra time to show me and explain the work I need done in the shower. I will definitely hire them to do the work when I’m ready to get it done. Excellent service.

Called Capital Plumbing to come out and replace an old toilet. Chris Risky came out on time and replaced it all within minutes. It was great dealing with somebody who is professional and just a great guy all around. Thanks a lot Chris, it was great working with you and you made everything go very smoothly for us. Will definitely be back again when other services are needed.
