I called on a Monday set up an appointment for that Thursday so I can give my work enough notice that I need to leave early I waited 30 minutes after appointment time called to see why I'm not notified of them being late or still coming just to find out I was never put on the schedule.

Crown plumbing was a life saver. Im a single mom of two and we had a bad leak to the point we had no water and within an hour or two of being here Crown had the problem figured out and taken care of and was so polite and explained everything. I would definitely recommend them!.

Called and scheduled a plumber to give me an estimate for shower remodel work. I was told plumber would be out next Thursday and they would call 30 minutes before the came. Called back Thursday to confirm. Was told we were not scheduled and they don't do the kind of work I needed. Wasted a week waiting on no one to show.

Came and found my leaky culptit in less than 5 minute. They came out super quick fixed the job super quick and was iur suoer quick...awesome job to Kenn and his coworker

I called at random after reading some online reviews. The job required immediate service, and Crown Plumbing responded accordingly. Prompt, professional service. Arrived on site within 45 minutes of initial phone call. Got right to work, identified the issues, fixed it, cleaned up the site, and were out in less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend.

These guys tackled an issue that had been neglected for years because no one wanted to do the hard work. Our underground drain pipe that collected rain water from the downspouts from the gutters, was clogged and all the downspouts would back flow. Kenn and his co-worker brought the HydroJet and worked TIRELESSLY to address the issue thoroughly and completely. They did not stop until they figured it ALL out and resolved it ALL. It was not cheap but worth it to have good quality, attention and care for such a job. I'm grateful to Crown Plumbing for taking this on and doing such great work.

Got stood up by this company. Was supposed to be out at my property to fix a faulty water heater seal that they put on less than a year ago. No one showed up. The lady that answers the phone at this company is very rude and unprofessional. She stated that they “no longer serviced the Laurel Hill area which I find to be a lie. They’ve already been to my property before. Seems like they only want to take up new jobs when their mortgages are due. UPDATE March 24 2023 I’m adding photos of how these guys left my property allowing rats to enter my home. One of the rat traps underneath the mobile home has been activated. I’m so upset!!! I mean I know it’s not the best looking home but it’s all that I have and I busted my behind to get it. I inherited nothing.… this is messed up
