Had a main line leak right at the foundation of my house. I called the mainstream Plumbing company, I won't mention their name, their technician try to fast talked me into a $2800 fix, doing a whole bunch of unnecessary work. Grand staff came in and got the job done for $340 bucks.. Only did what needed to be done, for a good price, and did it in less than an hour. The technician was very professional - and communicated everything that needed to be done, giving me updates along the way. Very very good experience 👏 👌

Highly recommend Grandstaff Plumbing. When my water heater wasn't working, I called Grandstaff Plumbing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately so we could have hot water again. Hands down best plumbing company around. If you have any plumbing needs, call Grandstaff Plumbing.

Awesome folks.. Thought toilet was clogged but it was the septic tank. He shared info and recommended a company and didn't charge me because he didn't do anything and he said it wouldn't be fair. Awesome customer service!!!

We used Gradstaff for our plumbing needs during a major renovation at our house. We wanted to add a bathroom on the other side of the house and was told it couldn't be done by other companies. Gradstaff did the "impossible" and was able to run new plumbing to add a full bath where we wanted it. Not only did they do what couldnt be done but they were very professional. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated clearly what needed to be done. Their work was top notch. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to other vendors I had to fight with to show up and do quality work. I would highly recommend them for what ever plumbing you need done. The employees were amazing and left me wanting to leave this great recommendation.

I bought an expensive Rheem water heater from home depot and after 6 months of nonstop problems I hired Grandstaff Plumbing to rip it out and replace it with a simple standard water heater that they provided. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. It is so nice not having to worry if or how long we are going to have hot water anymore. I plan on hiring them again soon for some other projects.

Lesson learned - get your quote in writing. The invoice they presented after the work was much higher than what they quoted on the phone. We would not have gone through with the service if they had been honest and upfront about the real price. Either way, lesson learned. *No discount provided for not having to haul off our old heater. Changed the day they were coming, then showed up three and a half hours early. Updated: The hot water heater they installed is sub par. We can no longer get hot water in multiple faucets. For example, we cannot take showers if the dishwasher is running. You cannot wash your hands if the washing machine is on. I do not recommend this company.

I contracted this company in January to install gas lines. They kept saying they ran into delays with bad gas lines but would never get back to me. Finally they got the lines and said it would be a couple weeks. After a couple weeks I called and he was on vacation for a couple weeks and would be another month. They have never since called back. It’s been 5 months for a gas line. Very poor and very unprofessional.
