Carmine’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

I got their name from NextDoor website. My a/c wasn't working. I called them at 11am and they were here by 3:30. Brian, the tech was great. He even put up with my daughter's dog which I was sitting for. I'd use them again anytime.

Today we had a very kind professional young man named Tyler check all our hvac equipment. He was very patient when I would ask a question and helped me with whatever I needed. I have been in Danbury for almost 3 years and I cannot recommend Carmine’s enough!!!!! So relieved we are clients of theirs!

I am a new customer with no AC. Jared from Carmines was here within 48 hours. He was fantastic! Very polite and professional. He explained everything in detail. I learned a lot. 2 hours later, AC was cranking and I was left with what I thought was a very reasonable invoice! Fantastic experience overall! I highly recommend!!!

We’ve been extremely happy with the service provided by Carmine’s. Caleb recently stopped by for a seasonal check on our AC system. I remembered him from his last visit. Super nice guy! Very courteous and helpful with any questions we have. It’s always nice to see a familiar face from a routine service company. I’d also like to give a shoutout to the guys that came the other week to replace our hot water heater. Very neat and professional. While they were here, they pointed out a potential problem with our furnace to me. I showed some concern considering the temperatures were going to be dropping that night. They got right on the phone to the main office and within twenty minutes another technician stopped in to clean out the furnace and give it a full inspection. I was actually kind of blown away by how efficiently the staff at Carmines worked together that day to make sure our furnace was going to function properly that night. Very impressive. Can’t thank everybody at Carmine’s enough. I highly recommend them to anyone that’s having problems with their HVAC or would just like the security of having seasonal check ups on their equipment. Caleb just completed my Preseason check up on my central A/C System. I had forgotten to tell him that I had recently had some blown insulation installed in the attic. When he pulled down the stairs, there was a slight explosion of the cellulose material. Without batting an eyelash, Caleb offered to clean it all up, which he did. He completed the system cleaning and testing very quickly and efficiently. He is an extremely pleasant young man who goes above and beyond. I am extremely happy with both Carmine’s and Caleb. I will be sure to ask for him to do the servicing again next year.

Tim was fantastic! We had purchased a new Brondell ecoseat bidet toilet seat cover and had planned to install it ourselves, but unfortunately the water valve had been completely rusted out and wouldn’t turn, so Tim replaced the entire water casing for us and installed the seat in under an hour. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend Tim and the team at Carmines. They also installed our dual heating air conditioning system. Exceptional service from an experienced technician who cares about the customer experience.
