Rob and his team are great. Reliable, trustworthy and honest. They explain the problem, they’re quick to repair and show up. They’ve been to my house more than once on a weekend or holiday and always with a positive attitude and often with some laughs. Highly recommend!

Rob Rozz answered the phone for an after-hours emergency call, and helped solve my immediate need remotely. They then came and repaired and replaced my well tank, water filter and all of the old piping. The team did a great job.

I had a niagara falls coming from the upstairs bathroom all the way down to the basement. Called Rob Rozz, pushed the button for "emergency" and got a call back within five minutes. Less than 20 minutes later the truck was in my driveway and the tech knew exactly what was causing the leak. He explained that it was an old pipe fitting in the wall behind the toilet, replaced it without damaging the tile and was nothing short of amazing. So happy with the experience. These guys are local and have been around for years and are experienced and courteous people- exactly what you want and need when you have any kind of plumbing trouble. They even install toilets and hook up sinks and showers.

Rob always responds same day to your requests and most times can schedule for next day service. Always prompt, friendly, reliable, and he knows his stuff! You can ask him questions and he is happy to explain, even for someone like me who know little. He services our well pump, water filtration system, as well as our water heater.

Rob was absolutely fantastic! Very responsive. He came out to look at a clogged kitchen sink that another company had already snaked twice with no results and they were going to charge us again for a third snake. Rob was able to go in and locate what they missed twice - a washrag with zip ties that had been most likely used during a kitchen remodel and became dislodged. Highly recommend Rob and we will definitely use him again!

I called the emergency number for Rob Rozz plumbing after our water abruptly stopped flowing. I was quickly called back by Chris who was able to give me some suggestions over the phone in case we had a pipe freeze or a leak somewhere. He let us know that there was actually a water main issue down the road from us, which was not indicated on Aquarion’s website or customer service line. He assured us the water would come back and it did. Because of his professionalism, responsiveness and kindness I am definitely going to be recommending and using this company for future projects. The Rob Rozz team is always so incredibly helpful and kind. We've had two jobs for them in the past year. During both jobs Rob, Kyle, and the rest of the team have always been so great from start to finish.
