JNR plumbing is the best! Expert plumbing, courteous, offer good price and quality options and solutions. I’ve used them for years and to upgrade my 1887 house with tankless water heaters and radiator maintenance. Recommended to neighbors and they’re pleased as well. We recently moved to a new home and just used them again to add new exterior faucets and kitchen disposal and instant hot water. Love working with Dario and Steve.

Parke O'Leary was terrific! He explained everything to me in detail and in language I could understand. He was absolutely top notch and very professional with an excellent demeanor.

Dario replaced the leaky pipes, installed the new faucet, and serviced the hot water heater expertly. I would recommend JNR and Dario to my friends and family. It’s a little more expensive but the professionalism, reliability and peace of mind are worth the investment.

He did a great job, had respect for my home; I was given a time of arrival of between 1 and 3pm. Called to say he finished a job early and came right over! My toilet issue was fixed properly and promptly. I would highly recommend and will use for any further issues with plumbing in my home. Thank you!

From calling JNR Plumbing to the end of the process, was a pleasure. I had a dripping faucet in my bathroom sink and under the sink. JNR scheduled my appointment for the next day with a morning window. Later in the day, Norbert Deak called to ask if he could come earlier. That was perfect. I had an exact time and he was at my home. Norbert was very polite and did the job efficiently.With an explanation of the work he needed to do, the cost was reasonable. We also received a 5% Senior Discount. I would be happy to call JNR again, for my plumbing needs. JNR also called me later in the day to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

We had a great experience using JNR Plumbing to correct some plumbing issues our general contractor left us with after our kitchen renovation. Dario was awesome and gave us an honest evaluation of what needed to be corrected and validated some of the concerns we had with our sink installation. He was able to correct all the issues we agreed should be addressed after the consultation and we are really happy with the job he did. I also loved that JNR has a really thorough notification system and shows us when they say they will show up. Communication is huge and they do it well. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I have been calling on JNR Plumbing for several years now for all of my plumbing needs. Each time I call, someone always answers and sets me up quickly with a service technician. Last week, we discovered a leak underneath our kitchen sink. Norbert came over promptly and checked where the leak was coming from. After giving me a few options, we decided that the best and actually less expensive option was to replace the faucet. We went quickly shopping and found a faucet that we liked a lot. Norbert returned the next day and replaced the old leaky faucet with the new one. As he worked, Norbert was always so friendly and so easy to speak with. When it was done, I paid exactly what he said it would cost me at the start. Everyone at JNR are so nice, friendly and professional. Thanks again, Norbert!
