I must say I had a very nice polite young man come out to fix my plumbing issue. He made me feel comfortable with him in my home. He took the time to show me everything that was done and it took a lot of stress away just knowing he was working hard to fix the problem I will recommend rotor rooter to anyone having plumbing problems 5 Star.

Franklin did an excellent job replacing my leaking shower pipes. After opening up the wall, he showed me exactly where the leak was and explain to me what needed to be done prior to making the repairs. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely request Franklin if I ever have any future plumbing issues.

Franklin was amazing. He resolved the drain issues and also gave great preventative action to take. Great service. Even more amazing that he came out in a snow storm and did all this! Fantastic service. I’ve used them before and will continue to use as needed.. hopefully not much!

Chad was simply amazing. He took time to explain what the potential issue was. Shared his confidence of performing the technique he would be using to unclog the bathtub drain. After several attempts, he provided additional techniques to fix the problem. He never gave up!!!! His persistence paid off and our tub is free and clear. Thank you so much Chad 🙏😊 I would recommend his service.

I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced; and the sump pumps looked at to make sure they were running optimally. David was very professional and he explained exactly how the sump pumps worked and made all necessary repairs. I feel better knowing that everything is in good working order now.
