Saturday afternoon septic back up - called Du All - open on Saturday! Within an hour as promised Chip drove up ! After a brief discussion about what was going on inside the with toilets and shower he confidently identified the issue before he broke ground to the septic access .. within 45 minutes problem resolved .. at a fair price !!!! Chip saved the day for sure with a positive - sense of urgency -let’s figure this out attitude ! Really dedicated to his profession and stellar work ethics and very good customer service and interaction! Thank you Chip ! Du-All is in my contacts !

Horrible service. Had a new pump installed on Friday. Was told everything was perfect and then Saturday night the pump stops working and septic is back up into a tenants home. Called their emergency line 3 times and left messages with the call center asking for a call back. Finally the call center talks with “Abe” and he won’t take the call to speak with me directly and just told the call center to tell me no one is going to come out until tomorrow so I should call back then. This company doesn’t stand by their work and they are obviously not 24/7 service. Very disappointing. I guess we will see if someone does come out to fix the problem tomorrow.

I’m always impressed with Du-All reaction time when I have a plumbing issue. The last two times I called, Tino was assigned. He fixed the problems quickly and completely. He’s also very personable and a pleasure to be with. I highly recommend Du-All and Tino!

Absolutely terrible! Was promised 8am- 12pm visit for JUST AN ESTIMATE , then it got pushed back 12pm-5pm as the techs were all busy. Asked if the tech would be coming to our home next and we were promise twice he was.. Waited around all day and at the end called again to have them say he went to other homes and nobody is still available. Then tried to say they would come tomorrow ON THANKSGIVING but it would then go from a free estimate to a $100+ fee for them working on a holiday… All signs showing not to go with this company. This is the 3rd one that has wasted our time. Wish I could give negative stars

I travel and came home to my bathrooms not working!! When I say these guys had me up and running within 3hrs!!! I have never been so satisfied! They are very timely, precise, and efficient!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
