Tyler has truly provided us with one of the smoothest and flawless services we've ever had. He is always ready to answer any questions I have and provide great recommendations. He was here as soon as we called him to help us with our water damage issues and helped us out with all the insurance claims. The restoring work was amazing. We woke up this morning to a large amount of water in our basement after the big rain storm we just had. So we called TMG just before 5 AM and before I knew it Tyler and his amazing crew were here getting the job done. TMG's punctuality, professionalism, very fair pricing and customer service was beyond our expectations so we are getting Tyler and his crew to come back to install a sump pump. Will definitely call TMG again.

Hi Tyler. I just wanted to let you know your guys came in & cleaned this room this morning & I’ve still got black soot fingerprints coming off of my stuff. “I don’t know where the attitude is coming from. The duct work is blowing soot around in the room & that’s not my fault.” There are black fingerprints & smear marks all over my door & countertops & those aren’t coming from the duct work. “The scorch marks aren’t coming off of the molding. Thats permanent. It needs to be replaced.” Funny. Took me ten seconds to remove the marks myself with a Clorox wipe. I regret answering the phone. Quality of work is poor. Incredibly rude & condescending. Wouldn’t recommend.

Tyler Gonzalez and his crew have been lifesavers!!! They came in after my kitchen restoration project had gone off course and have saved the day! They show up, work hard and are very efficient. Tyler has been super communicative and on top of the job. His crew, Paul and son, are friendly, fast, hard-working and respectful. A pleasure to have working in my home.
