Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Newark

We've been using them for years. Our basement flooded last week, and they were able to come out the same day! Kyle and his partner (I didn't catch his name) worked tirelessly to drain the basement, install a new sump pump, and water heater. My hat is off to Kyle! Thank you so much! We just had a follow up appointment with Kyle and Liz. They were wonderful and asked if we had any concerns (we did not, due to their fantastic job!). Again, thank you for your hard work and dedication!

We had an issue with a bad wax seal on a toilet we replaced a few years ago. Kyle and Liz showed up on time and did everything they needed to inform us on how they were going to move forward. The previous repair work was somewhat shoddy, but they moved forward after we asked them to treat the job like it was "their own". They took all the right steps to replace the new seal. Even as it was raining they kept the work area as nice as they could. Problem solved and thanks again for a great job!!! 5 stars all day!!!

Kyle was amazing and had great customer service. Arrived and assessed the problem immediately and got to work. Even though the problem was a bit more complex than originally thought he took care of it and cleaned up when he was done.

Chris Lawrence was the gentleman that visited out house to address our pressure problem in our house. He was kind ask questions about our issues had us show him what was going on and examined everything to evaluate our problem. Chris was able to determine we had a few issues going on. He priced out everything with a few options to fix our problems all at once or in stages and even priced something that we want to take care of down the road. Chris spent hours handing all of our problems. When he was finished he walked us through every thing he did and he to work it. We will use Mr Rooter services in the future and ask for Chris to help us with all of our plumbing issues.

Liz and Chris were great. Arrived on time, neat and clean, and got the job done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Justin did a great job unclogging my drain. The pipes in my house are old and clog easily and are hard to unclog. He worked diligently to get it flowing again.

Just had to the best experience with Chris and Liz. They were professional, warm, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Top notch!!! They provided services for my daughter’s home. She was at work so I was there to let them in. Even though they didn’t provide services for me directly, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for my home. Great service is hard to find but I’m glad I had the opportunity to experience the service this company offers.

Had three toilets installed, and the process from beginning to end was very good. Easy to schedule an appointment, got several reminders, and the techs showed up on time. Chris and Reid were professional, friendly and respectful of our home. Overall, extremely satisfied. Would easily recommend to others.
