BIG RED SERVICES - Appliance Repair, Plumbing

The Tech Guy was very friendly and concerned with my problem. He explained some electrical problems very clearly for me to understand. He made a decision about my problem which was corrected with replacing the GFI plug on the left side of garage. This plug kept popping off the electricity in garage.

I replaced my Furnace and AC and was not very well versed on the what I needed. Ryan Geiger, of Big Red Services, was very helpful and he explained in a very easy to understand manner all I needed to know. Based on Ryan's presentation I decided to go with Big Red Services even though they were a little bit more expensive than the cheapest estimate. It has been two months since the replacement and I am very fortunate and happy to have selected Big Red Services.

Our technician, Ben, was excellent!! He quickly evaluated our problem and explained every detail to reach our solution. We are extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely reach out to Big Red Services for future needs.

Roy was superb... Professional and swimming to answer all my questions, to allow me to watch what he was doing so I could have a learning experience while he was here. Obviously I would not be able to do all that he got involved in, but I was able to learn enough to probably do my own drain next year. The thermostat issue that he discovered was a long-standing one that no one knew about only half the heater was actually eating up that was troubleshot and rectified fairly quickly. So instead of being a major water heater fiasco, it turned out to be relatively simple at least from his standpoint and a God sent to me because it didn't kill my wallet too much. Big Red Plumbing. Thanks to Roy for fixing our clogged kitchen sink, replacing pipes and just making the pipes in this 70 year old house more efficient and reliable. You are a gentleman and a great plumber. Highly recommended.

The plumber was excellent. He arrived on time, kept me informed of status, and explained the work after done.

Rob and Jonah came to my house during the time window that was scheduled and replaced the burners with upgraded stainless steel burners quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and professional too

Repairman, Brandon, went right to work. He look for obvious problems, like contact with washer or gas line. He realized it wasn't those He and began to open up the dryer. He found there was a heavy build up of Lunt on the exhaust fan and the weight or where it was is what was causing the vibration. He took the exhaust fan cover off and cleaned all the lint and dust off the fan blades and walls of the exhaust chamber. Before reassembling the machine in let fan run. No noise was detected. He reassured the machine. He turned in on again, no vibration noise was apparent. He went out and checked exhaust vent and also cleaned lint which may have been holding the vent open. Brandon is a very conscientious worker. County Appliance should be proud to have him as an employee. Thank you Brandon
