Ian came out to help us with a washer drain overflow situation and was extremely helpful and explanatory. As a new homeowner, it can be intimidating to have people come in to your home since you didn't know if your naivety will be exploited but Ian didn't do that at all, and I appreciate it!

We had 2 companies evaluate our drain to the street after a blockage. This was one of them. Both used a camera to evaluate the drain pipe but did so reluctantly and did not see the house side of the trap saying the camera is stuck. That is true, however, they could have ran the camera on the house side via the basement toilet. They did not. Instead, they made assumption after assumption how roots have broken underground pipes and had $8,000 to $20,000 repair options for new sections of pipe and excavation. None of that was true. It was 100% an attempt at a money grab after a sewage backup in our house. We did run a camera from the toilet to the trap and the trap to the street. There are no broken pipes. One small section of a root intrusion where the pipes connect. One small separation at the trap access 1' deep. That was it. 1 hour of labor and $10 1' section of pipe from Home Depot. Buyer beware.

The plumber who came out to my house deserves 5 stars as he was very nice and helpful. The prices for this company to fix a clogged sink are highway robbery though. I had two other quotes from other local companies to fix the clog at $85 for one and $110 for the other. Roto wanted to charge me their flat rate of over $800 for this though... Now of course they can price their stuff at whatever they want but my issue is that I asked when scheduling my appointment if there was a rough range or flat fee and they refused to give me a price until the plumber was here. They should at least have given a rough range. Unless you love throwing away money, I don't recommend using them.

Called 2 other places who claimed 24 hr emergency service and they wanted to schedule me for the following day. Why would you offer 24 hrs service than schedule them? Called Roto Rooter they came out within an hour. Arturo the serviceman was excellent and professional about his work. Would definitely call them first!

I had a multi drain back-up in my home. I set up the appointment for early morning the next day. Harry arrived within the earlier half of the schedule window and was personable, professional and very efficient and I felt extremely comfortable with him in my home. I am pleased.

Had a great experience first time using Roto Rooter. Alex was very professional, neat and fast. He fixed up my laundry valves that sprung leaks. Price was fair and even so a little under the original quote, so that was great! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. This was emergency service so they were out within a couple hours max. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Thank you!!
