We've had Big Red Services come out for appliance repair (issues with washing machine), and annually have used Dryer Vent Guardian for cleaning the dryer vents in our homes. Every technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. Dispatch is also friendly and easy to communicate with. We will be using them for all appliance and dryer vent related jobs for our properties because they have been the best!

I had a great experience with Big Red and can't recommend this company enough... First had an HVAC inspection, since my unit had not been serviced like ~10 years. Despite the age of the unit, everything checked out okay and no service or repairs were recommended. Woohoo! Then I had a plumber from Big red come out to discuss a new water heater as mine was on its way out. The tech was extremely patient, answered all of my silly questions, and ended up recommending a really great unit for my space. The water heater went in, they did a fabulous job on the install, and even fixed the outlet of my sump for no charge while they were at it! I would give 6 stars if I could =)

Great service! The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. He kept me abreast of each step in the repair process. I was able to get a same day appointment which saved me from losing any food to spoilage…which would have required additional cost for replacement. I would definitely recommend this company to other family and friends. I love that they are a family business that have been operating for many years. Keep up the great work and customer service.

Had a great experience today with Big Red Services. The booking process was quick and easy and technician Ben was friendly and professional. He did a great job on our dryer. We won’t hesitate to book this company again. Very pleased!

First time using Big Red and excellent service! Scheduled me right away and they showed up as promised and right on time. Very professional and explained the problem in detail. We are actually going to utilize them for other services as well as we were beyond satisfied with their service their first time around. Their prices are definitely fair and I would highly recommend!!!! We give Big Red a 5☆+ and look forward to continuing our business with them. Today, 2/28/24, our Technician Ben came out for the 2nd time to complete another job for us. Once again Ben was up front and honest about the job that needed to be done, reliable and on time and cleaned up 100%. He did an exceptional job. The price for all the work he completed was definitely a fair price and again would highly recommend Big Red Services. Thank you Ben for the hard work you put in on our service job today as it was greatly appreciated!

We were having issues with our furnace coming on but not heating. The technician Rob was very helpful and detailed on the problem with it. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a quick fix on a furnace as old as ours. For safety, he recommended we replace. Not a solution we’d like but who does 😄. He set up a technician Ryan to come the next day to give me an estimate on the replacement which I appreciate greatly. Amazing service by Rob and also the pleasant young lady that answered the phone when I called. She kept me abreast of when the technicians would show up and answered any other questions I’d have. We did replace our furnace and the guys were professional, nice, efficient, and detailed on how it and the new thermostat works. They cleaned up everything and made sure all was how it should be. We will for sure call this company for all of our HVAC needs. Thanks!

Had a great experience with Big Red as I have always had with them since they installed the heater/air condition unit back in 2014. A friendly and knowledgeable technician(Rob) took care of our heater needs this time. He was here for a yearly check up and when he arrived the heater was making a noise, that, it should NOT be making. It didn’t take him long to find the problem and fix it. I would highly recommend Big Red. I have always been very pleased with them and their service technicians.

Great service. Started with Sales Consultant Ryan Geiger. He was super helpful, informative and professional. He followed up with me to answer all my questions and helped me pick the right hvac system for my home. He was not pushy with his sales and I felt zero pressure either way. He was just really helpful. All 3 installers were efficient, kind and neat and clean. They took time to explain my entire hvac system to me. Really appreciate them!
