Everyone here is SO wonderful. I just had another plumbing emergency and they showed up same day and problem solved! Will not use anyone but Niantic Plumbing!

I woke up to a leaking hot water heater. I called Niantic Plumbing about 9 AM. By 3 PM I had a new heater installed! These guys are great!

Excellent team. Professional. Very hard working. Dealt with an extremely messy, difficult job without a negative word. I am a fan.

Searched for a replacement all over CT. Nobody could identify the type of shower I had. I walked in and instantly he not only identified type of handles I had but had the parts in stock. Every plumber wanted to replace the shower for 1300 or more. Thanks to them I did it for 30.00.

Excellent plumbing store. I needed some items to fix a instant hot water spout and they had them all. Upfront with pricing and costs of service. I did call to have them come to the house to fix a stripped tub drain( my fault) and they were at my house in less than two hours! Fixed the drain and upgraded to all brass fittings and price was what I expected. Highly recommended for plumbing anything!

I was changing out the valve stem on my shower and broke the bonnet attempting to unscrew it from the cover. Needed to replace the bonnet. The only store that had a new one on hand was Niantic plumbing who saved my life! LoL definitely would recommend checking with them first for any part you made need.

Will not talk to you if you are renting even if you are paying the bill for the service! Sent out two plumbers to address a significant water leak. Said the toilet was clogged but would not explain how so much water made it to the basement without flooding the bathroom that the toilet was in. Tried to follow up with a call to the office and once again refused to talk because I was a renter. Will never do business with them again.

Niantic Plumbing has always helped me out when I went to their store to get a part. They explained how to install what ever I bought. Very nice people. Recently I needed a new hot water heater installed. They returned my call and were at my house in 15 minutes to make sure the heater was shot and see what size I needed. My heater was small size, one they would not have in their inventory. They said they will get back to me. Sure enough they got right back to me with a price and I said great. Called me a couples hours later and said they on their way over to install the heater. In and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Handed me my bill and since I was putting it on a charge card, they said call the store and they’ll take care of it and send you a receipt. Also took the old one away . Thank you Niantic Plumbing.
