Oviedo Plumbing Services

I had my water heater break and needed it replaced as soon as possible. I was referred to Oviedo Plumbing Services through Angie's List. When I called, I was told that a technician could come out the next day with a new water heater and install it and I was quoted an "out the door" price. The next day, a technician came and did a great job installing the water heater and even upgraded the piping. But when it was time to pay for the services, I was told the cost would be about $150 MORE than what I was told over the phone. I informed the technician about the "out the door" price given to me when I called. The technician then informed me that that price did not include the water heater disposal. He then said he could just leave the water heater at my curb instead. Rather than have a busted 50-gallon water heater sitting out at the end of my driveway for a few days, I paid the exorbitant "disposal fee." While I appreciated the great work with the installation, I did not appreciate the "gotcha" tactics when I had to pay for it. Be careful when using this company. They do great work, but be prepared to pay more than you expect.

We had some plumbing issues arise and ended up calling them, who was more than willing to come out as soon as possible. He and his staff are incredibly professional, reliable and did an outstanding job repairing the problem areas. If you're looking for a plumber in the city, look no further!

A leaking pipe that had been causing us problems for years was fixed by their team. No hassles and issues. We will definitely be recommending them to our neighbors and family!

I was very happy with the service provided by this company. I called them out to unclog my toilet and they were super friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, and were professional throughout the whole process, even going as far as to offer tips on how to prevent issues down the road! They did a great job!

I called for a water heater install replace existing heater same size easy job. Called at 10 am on Sunday was quoted $450 given a window between 3p and 6p. Man on phone said tech would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. At about 4pm I called to follow up as I was waiting with my 78 year old father at a vacant property. Man on phone stated I will call tech. No return call and as 6 pm approached trying to call back phones were set to busy. What a way to run a service industry business. Customer service sucks and I guess we will never know about the tech because it’s after 6 p now and he has never called. I will be reporting with the better business bureau and home advisor.

I found their service always on time and employees were very technical and amazing.
