I had an issue with my AC, of course on the weekend. I called my usual AC company that I have a membership with and they were fully booked and couldn’t get to me. I went online and looked for someone else and I found David Gray. I called them and Sage with the answering service was so kind and beyond happy to help. They sent me tracking for when the technician Brain would be here. When Brain got here, my dogs ran to greet him and they loved him (which is unusual they tend to be picky with who they like). Brian was quick, thorough and extremely kind! I highly recommend David Gray’s service!

So first I want to start off and say that the field tech was awesome in his installing the Fauset. I realize everyone has to make a living including myself. We appreciate the fact you credited us the 69.00 and gave us 50.00 off but 450.00 for an hours work was high. It was at the point I had no choice but to pay it. I since then have got quotes of 225-300 to replace the sink faucet. The reason we picked you was because you did our hot water heater and it was reasonable and he did a great job. But 450.00 was excessive for an hours work. Just wanted to let you know how we feel. Mark Tsistinas

Great service from this company, they got me scheduled same day with a technician. The technician “Blake” was super friendly and solved our problem in less than an hour! Outstanding!

Water heater broke at 6am, called at 8am when I noticed, and they had Josh at my door by 10am. Josh was super nice and got everything set up and running before noon. The overall price was a little high but for the speedy and efficient service that Josh provided, worth it!

Called David Gray plumbing specifically for slab leak detection services after searching google and their website for services offered. When I called for an appointment I was very specific that I had a slab leak. The plumber came out and within 10 minutes confirmed (after showing him the running water outside) I had a slab leak and told me to call a slab leak detection company. He provided me with an estimate for 3.5 hours of work for $2200.00. I asked - how many individuals this included - I was told 2 but more likely just one. I asked don’t you think $600+ per hour was a bit high? The response was that I should consider getting a whole house repipe. I paid for the "service call" and then called a local plumber. After about 2-3 hours the leak was fixed for $300. Draw your own conclusions on whether you want this company to provide slab leak detection services.
