We called Plumbing Today at 3:30 on a Saturday. The woman that answered the phone was great. She told us that a technician would contact us 30 minutes out. Craig was in our driveway within 30 minutes of us calling Plumbing Today. AMAZING. He spoke with John, my husband, told him the solution, asked if what he was going to do was ok. I had a bit of emergency and needed a plumber out fast. Plumbing Today had a tech at my house in 15 minutes! No joke! They also don’t charge an “emergency fee” like some plumbers do. Just the same service charge which they waive if you have them complete the job. Roman, my technician, was awesome. He was professional and personable. There were a lot of things to troubleshoot to stop a leaky pipe so he could solder but Roman knew all the tricks and got the job done. We even had to take a walk around the corner to get into my neighbor’s backyard where the main shutoff was. Roman, you the man! Thanks Plumbing Today for the fast, professional service!

We called Plumbing Today when another plumbing company did not call us back and talked with a service rep who let us know that someone would be at our house between Noon and 6 PM. He called when he was on the way and arrived within the designated time. Very professional and was able to determine that our main drain line was plugged from just talking with us. He had the drain line cleared very quickly and explained what had caused the clog. Very pleased with the service and will use them in the near future to replace some of our plumbing.

I just experienced my first non-AC maintenance from Cool Today under their new expanded services. I had my plumbing evaluated and maintained. And I'm very happy with the process! Turns out my "newish" water heater is 6 years old! And I've never flushed it out. So, Marion flushed it out and checked everything out. He checked all plumbing and fixed an issue with slow hot water in one sink by massaging the connection tubing! I have a drip in my kitchen sink and he told me the next step for that, when I'm ready. Washer/dryer are under 1 year, so good there. The Flush cost me $69; no other charges. Thanks to Marion and Cool Today for offering this expanded service and taking care of much needed maintenance!
