This company was amazing!! From the time we called and scheduled the free estimate until the time they showed up to connect us to city water. Everything was great. Can't say enough about their pricing, professionalism, friendliness, customer service - it's just hard to stop saying good things!!! Highly, highly recommend them!!!

We called Mr. Rooter/Fassler Plumbing for service to have an outlet box for our washer installed, replaced shutoff valves and replaced main shutoff valve for our house. DJ was very professional, personable, respectful and knowledgeable of his job. He did a remarkable and neat job. Amazing service. The gentlemen arrived on time and were quick in their work. I needed three new lavatory faucets installed and they even cleaned and re-caulked my sink before they left. This is the second time this company has done work for us and they are excellent.
