Jorge and his team have been amazing. We have used them in several instances and he has always come through. Last week he came in to clean up our sewer line under the house so we could use our water during the weekend preparing for a complete sewer line replacement.

I'm only giving two stars because the work was done and the plumber who showed up was very courteous and professional. I'm in a very desperate situation because, we are getting our subfloor replaced due to water damage. The guys working on the floor demoed the subfloor below the shower and noticed a leak. Since I live on a state street and they are located close to my house, I called this company and explained the situation. The person I spoke to was able to send someone promptly (That's one star). When the plumber got here. He said that he could definitely do it. When I asked him how much he gave me a price. I countered at 15% less. We agreed. Plumber goes back to his truck and starts getting supplies. I was still standing outside of my house as I was throwing something out and talking with the floor contractors. The plumber walks up to me and tells me that his boss is on the phone. As soon as I said hi, he told me that it was actually double what the plumber and I had already agreed to. Then, when I told him that I cannot agree to that price, his response was, "Well, he already did the work." Which he had not. Then, he proceeded to talk to me in a condescending manner. Reminding me that they are plumbers and not handymen. Being that we were in a desperate situation with our floor contractors not being able to finish unless the leak was addressed, we needed this to be done ASAP. So we came to an agreement over the phone. His plumber went on to do the job (that's the other star) But him switching the price on me thinking that the work was already done is leaving me very unsettled. And that is why I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company.

I don't know how this company has so many good reviews but that was the reason I chose them. I had my new 50gal water heater installed by Jorge in Nov. It took a few days for me to get my receipt which I specified I needed for my warranty. They sent me a receipt for a 40 gallon water heater install. I asked Jorge multiple times to please revise the receipt to reflect the correct size of 50 gallons because I am not sure how this will affect my warranty. They never sent it. My water heater has been leaking for a week. I never had issues with my previous one it just got old and I wanted something newer. I texted Jorge a few days ago asking if he could stop by to take a look. No response. Now I'm stuck with a leaky water heater and not even sure how I can prove to warranty that it was installed by a professional because they never sent me a receipt to reflect my 50 gallon tank. Once they got your money and did their part don't expect much else.

These people were hired by an employee of a well-known company who broke some pipes in our community. To make the story short, it turns out that this company is not registered with Sunbiz and the license number they provide on their business card is in the name of a George Roma, when I called him to find out more about the company so that our lawyer can verified, the person was extremely rude and ended the call without answering my questions. The company that hired him told us that they were contacted through Google and they felt sorry for the whole situation. If you are going to hire them, make sure that these people provide you with proof of their insurance and that all the papers are up to date because this is a ghost company because they are not registered with the state of Florida. They gave me another company name and when we looked for it is not registered either. To allegedly carry 30 years of services in the St Cloud area as they claim, they should have all their papers up to date and not be bothered by being questioned with information that every company that is going to provide a service provides without problems. Papers nothing to do with google Sir. You are not registered with Sunbiz this data was review and confirm with our lawyer. You said you have everything registered im going to the bottom with all the department that regulates business in FL and let see if you are by the book like you said. If you are by the book you not have to hung up the phone to avoid simple questions the lawyer told me to ask you. We were in a bind, as our kitchen sink completely backed up. We gave them a call and they showed up within two hours. The team was professional, quick and responsive. I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend.

Jorge is an efficient plumber. I am happy with his service. His extensive experience in the plumbing profession, quick response to resolve problems, and the reasonable price for his services, make him the best option in plumbing.
