I was in a time bind and had a leaky faucet with water running into my cabinet down below. Struck out with two other local plumbers not being able to help me - at all. I called Citrus, spoke with Lisa and she was "all about" getting me help. Nick showed up at my home an hour later. Nick was very personable with a helpful and courteous demeanor. He did excellent work for a very reasonable price. Citrus Plumbing is my new "go to." Shout out to Nick and Lisa!!

Very pleased with Citrus Plumbing. Jim came to my home he was very professional, polite, and personable not to mention very fast. I've used Citrus plumbing before and will use them again should I need a plumber.

The work was very professional and very neat. Jim did a great job on several valve replacements in hard to reach places. He also repaired the hot water line to the kitchen sink. I will definitely use Citrus Plumbing again.

Recently had a plumbing job done by Citrus Plumbing. We were very impressed by the professional and friendly staff who promptly took care of our issue. Citrus office staff also informed us about their prices up front, and we found their price to be fair and competitive. By far the best plumber I’ve ever hired. He replaced my water heater but did so much more. He picked up the water heater at Lowe’s and brought it to my house, removed the old heater, cleaned the area, replaced with the new heater, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up before he left. It’s so much nicer than the previous plumbers job !! Thank you Plumber John for a perfect job. There have been no issues since 😊

Having done business with about 9 plumbing companies in 8 years, all competent, Citrus is now our go-to. A small family company with a long history here in Venice, the plumbers are intelligent and pay the most attention to important details of any yet, whether perfectly aligning a tricky horizontal tub faucet, cutting back an outflow drain that was installed too long and was increasing the risk of a clog, or using putty instead of a gasket for improved fit. They explain what they are doing. Prices are fair for brief calls, not applying an automatic 1.5 hour charge for a drain call that some do. They aim for service within a reasonable time frame, but are also honest about when they can actually arrive so one doesn't wait needlessly. Reluctantly we highly recommend Citrus- but only for the selfish reason that we want to keep the best secret finds in Venice for ourselves...
