We are sorry that you felt taken advantage of, but we went over pricing for the toilet repairs with your father which he agreed to before we made the repairs. You had authorized us to go over pricing with him with our office manager when she called you asking for permission to work at your home (since you are the person of record who owns the home). We are a 72 year old company under the same family ownership and we do not take advantage of our clients nor do we have a reputation of “ripping people off”. It’s unfortunate that you found the need to post a negative review without giving us the opportunity to discuss this with you. We understand that some people don’t know the costs associated with running a service business, but we always encourage our clients to reach out to us first if they ever have a problem or complaint before making a negative post. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence for us, but we hope that if you give us another chance in the future, you will allow us the courtesy of a phone call to help you see us in a better light if you experience any problems at all.
