Brighter Side roofing did a great job fixing some leaks on my house after our recent rain. They were able to assess the problem, give a quote, and complete the work within a couple of days. We’re so thankful our roof is set for future weather!

Sam Leverette was so helpful from start to finish with my roof repair. The finished job was great. He has a wonderful crew and I will ask them for any repairs/replacement in the future

Brighter Side did my residential roof after hail damage a few years ago, main contacts were Antonio and Angel, great communication, crew did great work and cleaned up, work has held up great. This past year when my church roof needed repairs close to Christmas Eve, Sterling came out and made sure the TPU roof was patched and repaired before Christmas Eve service, and it held up during the rain. Ceiling repair job on the inside took a bit longer to match the wood stain, but they still followed through and completed the work as needed. Highly recommend Brighter Side!

From the beginning with scheduling for a free quote to the actual installation of my new roof, the customer service was impeccable. Anna, the sales representative, came to my home to render a quote. Anna was very professional, knowledgeable, and. personable. She not only went on top of my roof but also went up to my attic. She outlined the process in a clear and concise manner. She was extremely patient and answered any questions or concerns that I had. Prior to leaving, she asked that if I received any additional quotes, would I please contact her and allow her to review the quote so that she could see what Brighter Side could do to earn my business. I actually did contact her with another comparable bid because of the warm rapport that we had established. We were able to negotiate a contract that was pleasing to both of us. The installation was scheduled promptly. The day of the installation, the crew came early, worked diligently and expeditiously throughout the day and evening, and removed all debris from around my house. I talked with Sterling, the project manager, prior to the installation day and met him on the day of the installation. He was extremely professional and courteous. He consistently informed me of the process throughout the day. Sterling came back the day after the installation to inspect the property, to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and to thank me for my business. Anna contacted me to thank me as well. I now have a high quality roof that I proudly display the Brighter Side Roofing sign in my yard. As previously stated, the customer service was very impressive. The scheduling of the quote and the installation was done in a timely manner. The crew was prompt, worked tenaciously, and efficently cleaned my property prior to leaving. The experience was absolutely hassle free. The workers were here when they said they would be, got the job done when they said it would be done, and the work was flawless. They pointed out where my fascia was messed up from another company so I could contact them to get it straightened out. The supervisor Sterling even came back to double check after the other company came to fix the issue. I would and will highly recommend Brighter Side to anyone looking to get a new roof. They went above and beyond to make my new roof beautiful! Everyone who I came in contact with (from the desk to the workers) were professional and so sweet. Absolutely pleased with the work they did on our new roof! They were quick to get it finished and cleaned up every single piece of trash to where you couldn’t even tell they were ever here!! Let me start off by saying that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a major disappointment. From one business owner to the next I wasn’t impressed with the quality of work that I received. If you’re looking to be sold with a great sales pitch, and poor craftsmanship and even poorer results then give these guys a call!!! Full review on Facebook since entire truth can’t be posted here.
