I would never recommend them. They installed a window over a year ago and it has leaked ever since. (Window was installed prior to purchase of house per agreement between seller and me buying the house) They have tried to blame everything but the window for the leak (small crack in the stucco or its leaking from the roof not the window). Horrible customer service and horrible install job. Have had another window company come out and look at it. They estimate $600 repair bill. Had roof and stucco looked at as well.

This person has never done business with us, window was replaced by the original homeowner prior to them selling the house. Any issues with the house not being as it should have been needs to be addressed to the original seller. ROC complaint was also dismissed due to these exact reasons. A Water test was provided middle of 2022 and no leaking was found, this new home owner was present and confirmed with us that the window did not leak during this test. We have told this person several times that there is another issue causing the leak and it is not our window. Our attorney has issued this person a cease and desist letter, to remove all slandering comments and claims that they have done business with us from all social media outlets.
Received a quick, very competitive window replacement estimate. Can't wait to get new windows!
