Everlasting Window & Door

I wish zero stars was an option. We have been waiting MONTHS for 2 missing screens for our windows that were installed in Feb. We have left messages etc and when we finally got a call back we’re lied to saying they have been trying to get to reach us. Ummm…I am not stupid. There are NO missed calls, NO emails. All I want is our missing screens and for the new sliding door to be looked at. Is that too much to ask for?

I Would not do business with this company if my life depended on it due to their sales tactics. Harassment is the only word I know to describe it, as it is well past aggressive. I was polite to the young man who ambushed me in my driveway while trying to unload groceries and I have VERY POLITELY ASKED all associates to STOP calling and texting me weekly. It is appalling that management and ownership think this is a sound way to do business.

Everlasting window & door was one one of the best experiences I’ve had with window installation in Scottsdale/Phoenix. They were very professional and made it a seamless experience. Thank you John for executing exactly what I wanted for my dream home.

Everlasting Window installed a sliding glass door and did a great job. Liz was great with customer service and the installers were awesome! Highly recommend!

Called everlasting windows and door for a leak I was having in my window. They sent out Lyz who was absolutely amazing, she was professional and well educated with everything. She answered every one of my questions. She gave me a very fair price too and I am completely happy with my experience.

Best window replacement company in the works, they do what they say they will, and have awsome prices. Definitely recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Just wanted to let everyone know to have your mind made up before they come out to give you a quote for window replacement because, though they will insist they aren't using high pressure sales, they will give you a price that is only good that day, which is the literal definition of a high pressure sales tactic! They get around this by telling you over the phone that their quote is good for a year, but that price is many thousands more than the "decide right now and sign on the dotted line" price. I might not have been so annoyed had I not specifically asked them over the phone before even scheduling an estimate if they engage in these types of practices and they flat out deceived me, hence my disappointment for utterly wasting my time. For the record, we have had (an admittedly excessive) eight other quotes and only one other company had the "expires at midnight" price, so while this isn't uncommon, it certainly isn't industry standard and not a tactic that a company that actually has a competitive product needs to rely on. I settled on a two star review because the salesperson was nice and likeable, like all good salespeople. I can't speak to the quality of their product or install, but I can highly suggest for this company to be your last and final quote, so that you have the benefit of shopping around to do what's best for you before being pressured into purchasing something without knowing what all your other options are. And just FYI, of the excessively researched 8 quotes we got, we did not end up choosing this company.
