Window World of Yuma

A great group of guys arrived at our home to instal 11 windows and a patio door. John and his group did an excellent job. They definitely were a team and everyone worked together to get the job done. We are very pleased with the outcome. The trim around the patio door looks amazing and very impressed with their caulking. They cleaned every window as they were installed. Swept the floors and gathered all the old stuff. I can’t believe how quiet it is in the house now. They took the time to do everything right and completed as agreed. Impressed with the quality of Window World products their team of installers. The whole transformation made a drastic change in our home. And to top it off the price was right. We are so happy with our new windows, John and his crew did a great job. They were quick and clean. The only thing I could suggest is that they wear the boot covers inside the home, especially on the carpeted area. Thanks for a great job and a quality product!!

Short version: Great overall experience and saved literal thousands of dollars on the job. John, Preston, Irwin, Zach and Amy are awesome and the product is great. Long Version: This was one of the best contracting experiences I've had out here (I've had a few). Amy was great in getting things set up, Zach was awesome in giving me all the info I needed to make a decision, and super patient with the pile of questions I had. The installation crew were stellar. John, Preston and Irwin nailed it on so many levels. I've had problems with other companies getting crews out even in the estimated time out here, these guys showed up early. They were all professional, answered all of my questions, and banged the job out lightning quick. Afterwards they cleaned up everything, walked me through post care and made sure I had everything I needed before taking off. If that wasn't enough, let's talk cost and quality: They were my fourth quote out here in bullhead. Out of the four, they had the best price overall (while slightly higher per window than one of the local shops, the installation cost per window drove it right back down.). To frame it another way, This company did windows and installation, with finish and clean-up for what another company wanted roughly for EITHER installation or the windows. In terms of quality, they beat one of the Milgard shops on most metrics in the two quality ranges I was looking at (base and mid-range), since the two windows in the image catch the most sun, while the rest of the home has awnings. Where they didn't "beat" Milgard, it was by decimal points, and the cost difference was noticeable. Closing note: I got this done because the house had old 80's single pane, which in August is like not having them there at all if the blinds are up. The difference is wildly noticeable after just a day or two with them.

After a few friends recommended Window World of Yuma, we decided to give them a try. Zac the salesman showed up and was awesome. We went ahead with the purchase of all new windows for the house and patiently waited for them to be fabricated. Several weeks later our install appointment was scheduled. The installers showed up bright eyed and bushy tailed. They arrived a little early and were awesome! John, Preston and Irwin make a great team in the field. They were very professional and kind. They completed the job in a very professional manner, cleaned up after themselves and headed out to satisfy another customer. Thanks again Window World and a big thanks to Zac, John, Preston and Irwin! Highly recommend their product and services.
