A & A Basement Waterproofing

When I bought my home, there was another “basement system” that was put in by a previous homeowner, and yet I still fought with the same issues in my basement. Alan and his crew came in and completely solved my issue with only a few days of hard and diligent work. I would like to say I will use Alan again, but I’m confident that I won’t have to! Highly recommend A&A Basement Waterproofing! We had several companies come out to quote waterproofing our basement and Alan was by far the best out of all of them! From start to finish the project went smoothly and only took 2 days! The crew was SO neat and cleaned up immaculately after they were complete! Allan and his crew were a pleasure to have come into our house and fix our water issue. He was always so willing to answer his phone and the many questions we had. After flooding in our basement we interviewed six different companies. Once I spoke with Alan I knew we were going with A&A. He is an expert at his craft and a true professional in every sense of the word. He had a solution and clearly explained all the details to us. After 3 years of a wet basement after each storm and speaking with countless plumbers/other basement system companies, we decided to finally get one installed. We went with A & A because Alan wasn't salesy, showed us work they've done previously and Alan was working and overseeing the team directly. The team worked tirelessly and efficiently to get the system installed and within a week of installation the system was put to the test with heavy rain and melting snow and our basement was dry! I was extremely skeptical of some of the other companies we met with, but A&A is family-owned, honest, reasonably priced and transparent about the process. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Alan and his team! Since we moved in to our home, our basement would get water every single storm. We had full basement drain system installed. Hands down a great company to work with.. they run like a well-oiled machine! They communicated with us frequently and explained the process for this job really well. The crew was friendly, professional and kept the basement reasonably clean considering this was a really dirty job... caring for our house like it was theirs. We had 4" of rain two days after the system was installed ..... and basement was the driest I've ever seen it! Thank you for providing a quality system and a great customer experience!!
