He replaced a beam that was cracked and jack posts that were not permanent jacks. i am grateful for his service, i would definitely use him in the future, i highly recommend him for any foundation repairs you may need.

I contacted 3 companies to inspect my basement which had been wet for many years before deciding Residential Rescue was the best choice. Steve analyzed the job and seemed the most competent and trustworthy. He did an excellent job, but more importantly when I needed a minor adjustment he quickly and efficiently solved the problem at no cost to me. Steve and his talented team recently pinned and jacked my chimney as it had pulled away from the house. Steve consulted with me on the phone prior to his site visit. Steve then came to my house , provided a quote that was less than an estimate he gave me on the phone! He set up a date that was a reasonable 2 weeks out and actually showed up on that date! Unusual with ANY contractor these days! Steve performed the jacking operation, repaired the site work, including pouring a partial patio section he had to excavate all within the same day. Chimney is plumb and level to perfection. I would highly recommend RRQ and Steve.

Steve and his crew did a fabulous job replacing the main support beams to my home. They did the work quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. I would definitely recommend them for any of your foundation repairs!

Steve was very professional in his original inspection of the cause of my sinking foundation and sinking support poles in the basement. Even 6 months after the original inspection and estimate, he honored his quote. He was on time, pumped up the foundation and footings with hydraulic supports, and replace the support poles on the basement. He was very professional and completed the work in the time predicted. He also left the area in excellent shape. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Steve fixed my bouncing floors of my main floor ! It's an older house which didn't have enough support in the crawl space. He added 2 new beams and did an outstanding job. 1 year later he came back to re-check everything and perform maintenance on what was needed without charging a dollar.
